Are your images real ?

Most of our images are made using AI. While, in some cases, we use inspiration from existing elements (e.g. landscapes or cityscapes), our images do not intend to be similar to the real subject. Generative AI is made to create new elements, and this is also how we want to use it. Our aim is to generate images that we find breathtaking and that we love, not to be closed of something existing.

Do you manufacture the puzzles yourselves ?

No. We outsource the manufacturing of our products to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. We have teamed up with a German Puzzle Manufacturer, a country recognized for its strong history and expertise in this industry. We think the quality of their products is really good. By partnering with expert manufacturers, we can guarantee that our puzzle are made with precision and attention to detail. Furthermore, this enable us to focus on what we do best, generating outstanding and fun designs, while taking the best care of our customers.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes. We are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our puzzles are made from eco-friendly materials that are safe for both you and the planet. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint and contribute to a greener future.

Where do you ship your products?

For the time being, we only ship to Europe from our German manufacturer. 

How long does it take for the products to be shipped?

Once your order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 3-4 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. This delay is linked to the payment processing. The shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. From experience, count for ca. 2 weeks outside of Germany, and less if you live in Germany.

What is the size of your puzzles?

Our puzzles are sized at 49cm by 69cm and are all 1000 pieces. This standard size allows for a challenging and enjoyable puzzle-solving experience.

How much is shipping cost ?

There is no additional fee for shipping the puzzle to you. It's all included in the price. However, we do not cover the shipping cost in case of return. It's up to you to cover the cost for shipping the product back to us, in Germany. 

Some pieces are missing, what should I do ?

Have you made sure that no pieces did fall on the floor or is hiding under the sofa ? In 99% of the case, the missing piece is not far away.
